We've used Home Comfort Heating and Cooling 3 times now. The first time was in the middle of winter when my oldest child was only 8 months old. John responded first thing in the morning and had my furnace going and my home warm for my wife and child within a few hours. The 2nd time my AC went out in the middle of summer when my youngest child was less than a year old. John was out first thing in the morning again and had my AC up and running within about 20 minutes with a simple, low cost repair. His most recent visit was a quick and simple fix to my whole house humidifier. Everything has been fixed correctly the first time! I will add to my review that my father in law has run a heating and AC business in Wisconsin for nearly 25 years...talking to my father in law on the phone, he has often been able to help me identify what was most likely wrong before John showed up. Without knowing I had already spoken to my father in law; John identified the same underlying cause my father in law helped me determine, fixed the problem and only the problem. (In other words, John didn't try to sell me anything I didn't actually need.) I highly recommend using Home Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Johnson County, KS area (Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Mission, Prairie Village, Leawood, etc).
